With school beginning across the country, it was perfect timing that AllPro Roofing’s next Euroshield project was the Springview School House.
Erected in 1899, this piece of history is set against a lush forest that looks amazing in the fall! Being on the highest point of the Niagara Escarpment, our clients were especially worried about high wind and wind driven rain damaging their roof or leaking into their home.
As always, AllPro had the solution to take care of all of their worries. We recommended Euroshield Rubber Roofing. Now onto the job, Step 1 was to strip the old cedar shingles off the roof and get down to the existing plywood. From there, after a thorough cleaning, we began to prep the roof. For this job, we applied Titanium PSU 30 High Temp Ice & Water shield combined with CertainTeed Diamond Deck Synthetic Underlayment. This is the perfect combination for protecting the roof deck while still allowing the roof to breathe.
