GAF EverGuard TPO is available in white and custom colours, but white will help reflect sunlight away from your roof or commercial building and reduce energy costs.
With proper insulation, TPO is a great way to regulate utilities throughout the year. Some other benefits of TPO include; abrasion resistance, UV resistance, and excellent durability.
GAF EverGuard TPO is an excellent choice for areas where penetrations and abrasions are unlikely. However, if your home is a hotspot for wind blown debris, it may be beneficial to use a different flat roofing material such as; EPDM, PVC or Modified Bitumen.
